Thirty minutes, a real engineer, no deck. Bring the thing that’s broken, the thing that’s missing, or the idea you can’t get costed. You’ll leave with a written view of what it takes.
Before you write
The questions we get first.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we won't pretend otherwise. We scope on the first call and you get a real number in writing before you commit to anything. Call or email us and we'll tell you straight.
How long does a project take?
A chatbot or automation build runs 2–6 weeks. A full platform runs 8–16. You get a specific date after the first call, not a range designed to sound safe.
Who owns the code and the model?
You do. Every line, every trained artifact, every credential, transferred at handover. We don't keep clients by keeping their systems.
Can you train an AI on our own documents?
Yes, that's most of what we do. PDFs, internal wikis, ticket histories, product catalogues and databases all become retrievable context so answers cite your material instead of inventing it.
Do you work with our existing stack?
Usually. Check the technology list above. If what you run isn't there, ask us directly rather than assuming we can't.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every build ships with a monitoring period. Health checks and alerting stay on, and we're reachable. We're not gone the day it goes live.
