Red Bug Solution is an AI development and custom software company. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information you give us. When you contact us through the form on this site, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, company name, and whatever you choose to write in your message.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include the IP address and browser type of each request. These are generated automatically by the server, are used only for security and troubleshooting, and are not linked to any named individual by us.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or any other tool that profiles visitors.

Client project information. If you become a client, we handle whatever data your project requires. That is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.

To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you are asking about.

To deliver an engagement you have signed with us, and to invoice for it.

To keep this website secure and working, using server logs only.

To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent when you submit a form; performance of a contract when we deliver work you have engaged us for; our legitimate interest in running and improving our business; and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, such as email hosting, website hosting, analytics and accounting software. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

If you become a client, any subprocessor with access to your systems or data is named in your engagement agreement before work starts.

We work with clients in the United States, Canada and Europe, and some of our providers operate outside your country. Where personal data leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contract law requires, normally seven years.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate and is not linked to a named individual.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email support@redbugsolution.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

This website does not use cookies. We set no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and nothing is stored on your device to identify you between visits.

Because of this there is no cookie banner to accept or decline. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the standard server logs described in section 2.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege across our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information we hold.

This site and our services are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
